Our toddler fitness program is here to help your children reach their physical goals and make sure they have the skills they need to be successful as they progress through their growing years. Free play is a wonderful time to play when your children are in school. This program is structured and specifically addresses their growing goals. The goals that this program should achieve by 2 ½ years old are ensuring your child can:

Walk forward and backward unassisted

Walk up and down stairs holding on to a support

Can carry several small objects or one large object while walking

Can stand on tiptoes
*
Has begun to run
*
Can jump with a one-foot takeoff
*
Can kick a ball
